Take a good look at most stainless steel cleaner/polish combination products and one of their most common ingredients is mineral oil. There’s a lot of different names for it; white mineral oil, petrolatum, paraffin. We all know it as baby oil. Are you starting to see why those fingerprints are tough to get rid of? All the time you’ve been cleaning, you’ve been adding a layer of mineral oil that actually makes the surface more attractive to dust and fingerprints!
Flitz Stainless Steel & Chrome Cleaner contains no mineral oil. In fact, if you’ve been using a cleaner/polish with mineral oil, it may take 2 – 4 applications of our cleaner to remove all the buildup left behind by your previous product! Once you actually have the stainless clean, our Polish/Protectant will protect it with a nano-ceramic coating that resists and repels water, dust & fingerprints! It’ll stay cleaner longer. And if the kids do get some “jelly fingers” on it, they’ll come right off!
